Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Drawn mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

Drawn is a private relationship journal application designed for couples to document their journey together. Our services include relationship tracking, memory storage, wishlist collaboration, and other features as described in the App.

Drawn is built with privacy as a fundamental principle. We implement robust security measures to protect your intimate moments and personal data.

Data Collection: We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services, including account information, content you create, and technical data for App functionality.

Data Storage: All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Your journal entries, photos, and relationship data are stored securely and are not accessible to anyone outside your relationship without your explicit consent.

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is only shared as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and share within Drawn ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant Drawn a limited license to store, display, and technically process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

Content Guidelines: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, harassing, or violates any third-party rights. Drawn reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Relationship Data: Content created collaboratively within a relationship (journal entries, photos, relationship points) is shared between both partners. Drawn is not responsible for disputes regarding ownership or access to shared content between relationship partners.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Drawn shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

California Consumer Rights: California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other California laws. For more information, please contact us at the email address provided above.

Drawn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drawn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time, with or without notice.

Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to Drawn immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
